1. The seller

2. Quotes and orders
- Prices on quotes are in AED and valid for 14 days unless stated otherwise. A contract is formed when we confirm your order in writing after payment or agreed credit terms.
- Product descriptions are given in good faith; images may differ from the goods supplied.
- We may decline or cancel an order for stock, pricing-error or compliance reasons, with a full refund of any amount paid.
3. Prices and VAT
Prices are stated inclusive/exclusive of UAE VAT at 5%. A tax invoice is issued for every order.
4. Payment
Payment is by card through our payment provider's secure page, by payment link, or by bank transfer to the account shown on the invoice. Goods remain our property until paid in full.
5. Delivery

6. Returns, defects and refunds
See our Returns & refunds policy. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 on Consumer Protection and its regulations, including the right to repair, replacement or refund for defective goods.
7. Business customers
Where you buy for business purposes, consumer-law remedies may not apply and the terms of the signed quote prevail. Confirm B2B terms
8. Liability
Our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for it, except where UAE law does not allow such a limit (e.g. death, personal injury, fraud).
9. Website use
Content on this site belongs to us or our licensors. Do not copy it without permission. We may change the site or these terms at any time.
10. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Sharjah; the courts of Sharjah have jurisdiction. Consumers may also use the Sharjah/Ministry of Economy consumer-protection channels.
