1. Who we are
ELITE STOCK GENERAL TRADING L.L.C.S.P ("we"), licence no. 949058 issued by the Sharjah Economic Development Department, Sharjah, UAE, is the data controller for this website. Contact: [email protected].
2. What we collect
- Contact details you give us (name, email, phone, company) when you enquire, request a quote or pay.
- Order and payment references. Card details are entered only on our payment provider's secure page (TBC) and never stored by us.
- Technical data (IP address, browser, pages viewed) through our hosting provider's logs and, if enabled, privacy-friendly analytics tool TBC.
3. Why we use it
- To answer enquiries, prepare quotes and fulfil orders (performance of a contract).
- To issue invoices and keep accounting and tax records required by UAE law (legal obligation).
- To improve the website (legitimate interest).
- Marketing messages only with your consent; you can withdraw at any time.
4. Who we share it with
Our payment provider, delivery partners, accounting and email service providers, and authorities where the law requires. We do not sell personal data.
5. International transfers
Some providers store data outside the UAE. We use providers with appropriate safeguards as required by Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 (Personal Data Protection Law).
6. Retention
Enquiries: up to 24 months. Orders, invoices and payment records: as required by UAE tax and commercial law (currently at least 5 years). Confirm periods
